Featured Property: 301 North Main

301 North Main - also known as the Dobson McOmber Building was originally built in the late 19th Century. This building holds a great deal of Ann Arbor history as it was built by Dr. Alvin Wood Chase for his Steam Printing House. Completely renovated by the Dobson McOmber Insurance Agency in 1993, Amvest completed the acquisition of this property in mid-2006.
