Personal Profile : John Degrandis

John Degrandis is the Development and Construction Manager for Amvest Properties and brings over 35 years of experience to the company. John is a licensed builder with the State of Michigan and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography and Land Use Planning from Eastern Michigan University. John has either built or renovated every single property in the Amvest portfolio and has experience building projects from just 1,000 SF to over 60,000 SF. John brings experience from all kinds of asset classes including commercial, retail, mixed use, multi-family and single family developments. John is literally a hands-on manager for all of Amvest Properties construction projects. He works with both the client on the design of the project and with the tools on the job site.
