Personal Profile : Kathleen Baran

Kathleen Baran’s transition to real estate came after 10 years of retail/restaurant management experience. During this time she learned how valuable integrity in personal relationships can be. The importance of personal relationships in these industries continues to inform her client interactions today.

Since moving into real estate Kathleen has been involved in over $18 million dollars worth of Real Estate transactions. In her current role at Amvest Properties she represents over 50 tenants. In addition to managing all aspects of each tenant relationship she oversees the financial and mechanical components of the buildings they occupy.

Kathleen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from California State University San Marcos. Outside of work she volunteers her time as a youth volleyball coach, plays on a local rec team and ran her first marathon in 2004.
